I am awaiting an import of ostrich meat to UK from abroad and would like to have some advice on the demand for the meat. My question is:
1.What would be the minimum price per kilo for bone less legs and muscle packs ?
2.Is there a demand for living ostrich? price?
3. Demand and price for ostrich leather?
